The FHA Waiver Process Has Closed for The 2026-2027 Season.

All waiver requests for the 2026-2027 season were due by July 31st at 11:59pm.

Below you will find the link to the waiver form to fill out and submit to FHA. You will also find the link to the MN Hockey Handbook that explains the regulations in further details. Pages 28-30 IV. PARTICIPATION will outline the waiver details.

All waiver request forms submitted will be considered at the next scheduled FHA board meeting, Monday August 10th, 2026 7:00pm.
