This information will assist in the pre-season process, as well as some initial season information. Tryout results will be posted on this program page by the next morning. After teams are rostered, you can find your information under TEAMS on the website or Crossbar application.

USA Hockey Membership $71/$81

Minnesota Hockey Affiliate $10

Skater Season Registration $700

Goalie Season Registration $225

One-Time Facility Fee  $300

Facility fee can be made back by selling calendars and fundraising, This fee is a one-time fee per family not per player.

Payment plans are available during registration. Payment plans are broken down into 4 months on the total fee. First month due right at registration.

Day 1:

October 11th, 2026

3:15pm - 4:15pm Faribault Ice Arena

Day 2:

October 12th, 2026

6:45pm - 7:45pm Faribault Ice Arena



Once tryouts conclude, the results will be posted here by the following morning.

The FHA conducts tryouts annually, typically during the month of October for Squirt/U10 levels through Bantam/U15 levels of play. The objective of the tryout process is to ensure that each player is given a fair evaluation and that all players are placed at the most appropriate level for their abilities. The level of play from the prior year does not have any bearing on the current year team selection process. 

We have an independent panel of evaluators coming in for the tryouts. Parents will not be allowed in the arena during the tryout practice times. If you are in the arena while the kids are on the ice, you will be asked to leave and Live Barn will be turned off.
